At Touching In, our mission is to help our clientele navigate more gracefully the transitions or "seasons" of the human experience, acknowledging our rites of passage along the way
Some of these transitions may include our own births, puberty, healing from injury or illness, trauma and/or abuse, the beginnings and endings of relationships or loss of a loved one, as well as gender transitions, fertility issues, giving birth and becoming a parent, spiritual journeys, and finally, aging and death.
By "Touching In" to body, mind and spirit during these inevitable transitions, we begin to access our own innate wisdom and creativity more easily, and learn to release the holding patterns which keep us from evolving and living our lives more fully.
