Modalities-
- Craniosacral Therapy is a modality borne out of Osteopathy which works with the Craniosacral system. This subtle, yet profound work helps optimize the physiological systems of the body from the "inside out", gently moving the entire being into more ease and fluidity.
- Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy helps infants and children release and heal birth related trauma, helping them transition more gently from the womb into the world.
- Swedish Massage works to relax tired and aching muscles while encouraging blood flow and lymph drainage, promoting healthier circulation and deeper relaxation throughout the body.
- Prenatal and Postpartum Massage Prenatal Massage helps the mother-to-be relax and settle emotionally into the ever-changing physical experience of pregnancy. Likewise, Postpartum Massage helps the new mother's physical body recover and heal from childbirth, thus facilitating the emotional and spiritual transition into parenthood. Massage is also very helpful to partners moving through the challenging transition of becoming a parent.
