Monday & Wednesday Meditation
At the beginning of the pandemic I began to offer Monday Morning Meditations. This spontaneous drop-in quickly became a weekly anchor or "oasis" for myself and those who participated. Over a year later, we are still meeting on Mondays and now Wednesdays, as well!
When we become present with our breath, we can become present with our whole self. This shift makes it possible to feel into what is alive in us in the present moment, which in turn helps us feel into what is needed to move through the day, the week, and the ever-changing reality of life in COVID times. With this shift in perspective, we can change our patterns and ultimately our life path.
