Monday Morning Meditations
These 30-minute guided meditations are designed as a type of "system check". They offer a simple way to reduce anxiety and stress, and are a great way to start the week.
By becoming present with our whole selves and feeling into what is alive for us in the present moment, with the help of our breath, it becomes easier for us to feel into what is needed to move through the day, the week, and the ever-changing reality of life in COVID times. By shifting our perspective, we can change our patterns and ultimately our life experience.
