Hello, my name is Tomi Knutson and I am an LMT and Integrative practitioner specializing in Adult and Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, and Family Constellation Work. In 2021, a long-held dream of mine came true when I moved to the Big Island of Hawaii from Oakland, CA. I now practice here in Kailua-Kona and visit my Oakland office a few times a year for In-Person sessions. Over the last 20 years, I have been honored to accompany people of all ages and walks of life, as they learn to listen to their innate wisdom, heal themselves, and transform their lives.

I've always been intrigued by the transitions of life and believe that even when challenging they are also invaluable sources of insight and healing that open doors for deep transformational change. Each of us has a journey to make, and major life transitions inevitably happen along the way. From 1997-2003 I accompanied many folx in navigating life's transitions; within the Public Health field supporting women surviving domestic violence, teen moms, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Since 2003, I've done this as a Birth & Postpartum Doula, Adult & Pediatric Craniosacral Therapist, Family Constellation Facilitator, and also as Death Doula. I'm deeply grateful for all of these rich experiences and how they have informed and shaped my own healing journey.

By consciously Touching In to our body, heart, mind, and spirit during life's transitions, I believe it is possible to learn to release the holding patterns which keep us from evolving and being our best selves. With mindfulness and intention, we can learn to connect directly with our body's wisdom and innate health and access the well of creativity within to live our lives more joyfully now.
