In April 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, I began to host Monday Morning Meditations online. This spontaneous drop-in meditation quickly became a weekly anchor for myself and those who still attend. Over the past 3 years, we have studied several themes such as Mindfulness, the Energetic Body, and the Chakra System. As uncertainty in the world continues, it has been my honor to host this 'oasis' of healing and connection.
The practice of meditation teaches us that when we become present with our breath, we become present with our whole self. This shift makes it possible to feel into what is alive in us in the present moment, which in turn helps us tune into what is needed to move through the day, the week, and this ever-changing reality of life in post-COVID times. With this perspective shift, new possibilities arise and we begin to change our patterns and how we interact with the world.
