Weekly Meditation

In April 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, I began to host Monday Morning Meditations online. This drop-in meditation quickly became a weekly anchor and reset for myself and those who still attend. Since then, we have studied several themes together such as Mindfulness, the Energetic Body & Chakra System, and now intention setting through the Moon Phases. As uncertainty in the world continues, it has been an honor to host this on-going 'oasis' of healing and connection.
The practice of meditation teaches us that when we become present with our breath, we become present with our whole self. This shift makes it possible to feel into what is alive in us in the present moment, which in turn helps us tune into what is needed to move through our days, weeks, and this ever-changing reality of life in post-COVID times. As mindfulness and awareness grow, new possibilities arise and we begin to shift our patterns and how we move through the world.
