Do you suffer from daily, weekly, or monthly migraines?
Would you like support in weathering these unpredictable storms? Are you curious to hear the experiences of other migrainuers? "The World Health Organization places migraine as one of the 10 most disabling medical illnesses on earth." And yet, each of us has had a very unique experience with migraines, including myself, since 11 years old. This constant companion has affected my life's journey in a variety of ways and is one of the many reasons I became a Craniosacral Therapist. While there is not a cure for Migraine, a fact I wish more Doctors would admit, I believe it's possible to disentangle oneself from the complex web of conditions that hold migraineurs in their grip and begin to be less controlled by it. The Migraine Support Group offers a safe space to share, explore, and find the missing pieces to the puzzle of this often misunderstood chronic, invisible illness. Please join us as we share stories and strategies, and support each other to find new ways to live fuller and more joyful lives. |
"The Migraine Support Group has helped me connect to others who struggle with the same pain and medication management issues that I have. Traditional medicine does not. It's so helpful to connect with others in the same situation and to learn from and talk with peers." C.G. 1/2022
