I've been waiting to reach out with good news, and I thought it was here until yesterday when Alameda County postponed it's re-opening plans until further notice. In case you aren't aware, the State of California has given the green light to re-open Massage Therapy, but has given final say to the county. Here is the update.
I really wish I had better news. I miss seeing and working with all of you!
There are petitions being put forth to re-classify Massage as separate from Nail Salons and Tattoo Parlors. Hopefully, the County will listen and at least allow us to practice when "medically necessary". I will update you when I hear more.

These guided meditations are 30-minutes and are designed as a "system check". They are a simple way of reducing anxiety and stress, and a great way to start the week. By becoming present with our whole selves and feeling into what is alive for us in the present moment, it becomes easier to see what we need to move through the day, the week, or SIP, in general. The meditation changes every few weeks and has included the 5-Senses, the 4-Bodies and currently the Earth-Heart Meditation.

The session began with a general check-in and my Craniosacral Therapist asked me to set an intention for our work together. I then found a quiet, comfortable place to lie down. She asked me to feel into my breath and body as she tuned into my whole system, intuitively sensing into the places that held restrictions. Then similar to a guided meditation she assisted me in releasing those places with my breath and awareness. Soon I began to feel more present and grounded, my sacrum loosened and I realized how much tension I had been carrying since the pandemic began. As my physical body released and my nervous system regulated, I felt emotions come to the surface and expressed them. Then I floated in a deep calmness feeling my whole system come into alignment. As the session came to an end, she asked if the process felt complete and then we checked in briefly to integrate the session. For the next few days, I felt calmer, and was able to work through stressful situations more easily. Over the following week, I had many emotional, as well as, spiritual insights about my health, my life and our current global reality.
